Southern Skipper Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned Bumiputera company established under the Companies Registration Act 1965 (Ammendment 1978) on the 9th September 2004. Southern Skipper is also registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. Southern Skipper was formed in order to benefit from the expanding Malaysian economy especially in the Marine Industry. Despite in its infancy stage Southern Skipper has overcome many challenges with integrity. cartographic are the two majors fields the company deals with. The company
provides expertise and skills on these two fields in terms of consultantion
services in hydrographic surveying and conducts training on nautical
cartography.

digital chart making using CARIS GIS, Delineation of Matritime Boundaries using

(ENC – S57 Edition 3.1) using CARIS Hydrographic Object Manager (CARIS HOM).
