Southern Skipper Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned Bumiputera company established under the Companies Registration Act 1965 (Ammendment 1978) on the 9th September 2004. Southern Skipper is also registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. Southern Skipper was formed in order to benefit from the expanding Malaysian economy especially in the Marine Industry. Despite in its infancy stage, Southern Skipper has overcome many challenges with integrity.
